Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

Currently, H Potter is not offering shipping outside the lower 48.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

Does H Potter offer replacement glass?

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care 

H Potter planters are made with stainless steel. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. 

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

Excellent Strong Bags - Quick-Tie Feature is Genius!

These Glad Quick-Tie trash bags have become my go-to garbage bags for the kitchen. I've been through several boxes now and they consistently perform exceptionally well. The quick-tie drawstring closure is the standout feature. Instead of fumbling with traditional bag ties or trying to tie knots that never quite work, I just pull the red drawstring tabs and the bag closes securely in seconds. It's so much faster and cleaner, especially when dealing with heavy or messy loads. The closure stays tight and doesn't come undone during transport to the outdoor bin. Strength is impressive for 30-gallon bags. I regularly fill these to capacity with kitchen waste, food scraps, packaging, and they hold up without tearing or leaking. The plastic feels thick and durable - I haven't had a single tear or puncture even when dealing with sharp edges from cans or rigid packaging. No leaks, no messes on my floor. The 30-gallon size is perfect for my standard kitchen trash can. The bags fit properly without being too loose or too tight, and there's enough material to fold over the rim for a secure fit. When it's time to change the bag, removal is effortless thanks to the quick-tie system. Value is decent - while these aren't the cheapest bags on the market, the convenience and reliability make them worth the slight premium. Not having to deal with bag failures, spills, or difficult closures saves time and hassle. The 21-count box lasts me about three weeks with daily use. Fantastic towels at a great price on subscribe and save

As an oil painter, Viva are the gold standard for wiping brushes and whatever else you need a towel for while painting. I bought them for that purpose. I didn’t count on loving these paper towels for every other paper towel duty in my home. These paper towels are incredibly hardy, and perform much like a thin cloth towel. They last and last. I can rinse and reuse a towel to clean all the kitchen counters plus clean the stainless steel gas cooktop. All with one section of paper towels. I couldn’t do anything close with any other brand I’ve used. I love the select a size feature. For quick cleanups, one section is more than adequate. I’ve used one section in my swifter handle when I’m out if swifter cloths (which is always- I never buy those things), and used both sides of the towel to dust mop my wood floors. I use these to dust my home with a little spray wax, cleaned the tires on my car with no towel shredding, and scrubbed the filthy barbecue with bleach cleanser, rinsed it out, and scrubbed some more. These towels are tough yet soft, sturdy and disposable. They are soft enough to use as a napkin, and absorb like crazy. I buy mine by the case from Amazon subscribe and save every three or four months, and love saving 20% doing so.
