Description
Lily, After Eight is a stunning, compact Oriental lily that delivers a bold splash of color and elegance to the landscape. Its large, vibrant pink blooms with deep magenta centers create a striking contrast against the tidy, dark green foliage. Blooming in mid to late summer, these magnificent flowers not only add a showstopping presence but also fill the air with an intensely sweet fragrance. Perfect for borders, mixed beds, and containers, this refined lily offers a polished and sophisticated look while remaining manageable in size. Whether planted in clusters or as an accent, its vibrant color and refreshing scent make it a standout in any setting.
General Care
- Sunlight: Prefers full sun to part sun
- Watering: Once established, water occasionally, ensuring soil remains moderately moist but well-drained
- Mulching: Apply a 2-inch layer of mulch to help retain moisture and regulate soil temperature
- Pruning: Remove spent blooms to encourage energy into the bulbs; cut back stems after foliage has yellowed in late fall
With its grand blooms, rich fragrance, and compact form, Lily, After Eight is an inspiring choice for adding elegance, color, and fresh summer interest to the landscape.
