The Big Sky Nine-Drawer Dresser has a clean, simple silhouette that exudes the authenticity of open spaces in the American wilderness.
Crafted of Pecky Hickory Veneers and Cedar with a solid-wood edged top and moulding on the base and top, the chest is finished in the warm Vintage Natural. The three top drawers have a removable felt liner and the top right drawer has a removable felt-lined jewelry tray. The 3 bottom drawers are cedar-lined. Dark brushed bronze bar pulls. The natural beauty and near mystical experience of the American wilderness inspires a spirited collection from Hooker Furniture, a celebration of dramatic vistas and the freedom to roam, a land of rough-hewn timber and towering snow-capped peaks, boundless plains, and cool, clear mountain lakes.
Hooker brings home a dream of wide-open spaces and a life lived in tandem with iconic landscapes with furnishings that evoke the weight, heft and heritage of post and beam construction, the mark and artistry of true craftspeople, and substantive, thoughtful designs right for today. Watch for warm, rustic, hickory veneer, and rich finishes like charred timber, dusk, and avalanche, organic textures like burlap and top grain leather, forged hardware, and classic moldings for the traditionalist. Those with a more modern bent will gravitate toward the clean lines of waterfall edges, crosshatch surfaces and planking details that speak to authenticity and the hand of the maker. Welcome to the peaceful, easy feeling of Big Sky. It’s time to simply breathe.
