The one shoulder mini dress that commands the room — in deep bordeaux.
The Hourglass Maroon is Artel Retro's tribute to 90s couture drama. Built in double-layered high-stretch mesh, the signature sculpting ruching carves the waist and hips like a second skin. The rich merlot hue absorbs light with a velvet-like depth — mature, luxurious, and impossible to ignore.
A gleaming gold sunburst emblem anchors the waist, connecting the fitted bodice to the sweeping asymmetric train. This is the maroon cocktail dress for the woman who enters a room like a screen siren.
