Material
1. The “100% solid wood” mentioned on the page refers to the wood parts excluding hardware and accessories (metal, glass and other non-wooden parts), and does not contain artificial boards or veneers.
2. The main material is poplar wood. Poplar wood undergoes long-term carbonization at medium and low temperatures, which better preserves the original performance and strength of the wood, greatly reducing the chance of cracking, improving stability, and enhancing its antibacterial, insect-proof, and anti-corrosion properties, making it more durable.
3. The auxiliary material is imported New Zealand pine, which has good toughness, stable properties, light weight, straight grain, and few knots. It is used for the central frame, top and bottom crossbars, and bottom frame bracing.
4. The auxiliary material is paulownia wood, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, does not deform, and is not prone to mold. It has been the material for bellows rods since ancient times and is also a famous ancient Chinese musical instrument wood used for backboards and drawer cases.
Advantages of solid wood
Simple and natural, healthy and environmentally friendly, sturdy and durable.
Paint
The logs first undergo a complex process of manual staining to enhance the grain and reveal a rich teak color. Then, they are coated with a low-odor paint and undergo four layers of open-pore, environmentally friendly spraying to achieve the final product.
