Our Harley Quinn inspired Gothic Lolita dress made from glossy 2-way stretch red and black PVC! The knee socks are not included for the regular price but can be added for an additional $45 using the options below or purchased separately here. We've added diamonds to the knee socks (2 on the front of the black leg and 2 on the back of the red leg). These have a silicone inner top as stay-ups (not visible from the outside). These knee socks are fitted to follow the natural lines of the calf, knee and upper thigh without relying only on the stretch of the fabric which minimizes wrinkling. Thinner four-way stretch PVC with the same shine as regular PVC is used for the knee socks.
