The encounter between the fashion designer Thierry Colson and the artist Sacha Floch Poliakoff owes its origin to a watercolour. Using skilfully detailed pastel colours, Sacha depicted an ageless landscape where an ancient temple, an obelisk and the statue of a woman stand side by side amongst cypress trees and umbrella pines. This creation appealed to Thierry Colson, who immediately perceived a resonance between his own inspirations and those of Sacha. It was the starting point of the story of their friendship, a bond consecrated between the timeless elegance of the Left Bank and the delicate sophistication of the Right Bank.
Their love of fine detail, of noble materials and of cherished, gentle evocations of childhood worlds and dreams, brought together naturally these two artists. What’s more, their travels and taste for elsewhere are the guiding principles of this collaboration. Sacha Floch Poliakoff’s Russian and English origins merge with Thierry Colson’s love of Greece, Italy, India and England to create an explosive mix that determines their joint creations, both in their choice of medium and also their motifs.

Great quality
Color: Rustic Brwon, Size: 16in
Hassle but they work great. I love the color, the thickness and quality. They do have some weight but in my opinion, I prefer that. Right now the four shelves are holding up my WiFi routers and remotes. Will buy again

Good quality shelves
Color: Walnut, Size: 24in, Color: Walnut, Size: 24in
These shelves are gorgeous in person. Yes, they're darker than the listing pics, but I actually prefer it. The grain is beautiful, they came well-packed, and mounting them was no trouble at all. Now I've got display space that feels both stylish and practical. Definitely worth it!

Easy to install, very tough!
Color: White, Size: 16in, Color: White, Size: 16in
Seriously, scoring these shelf stands for $30 feels like an absolute steal! Four chunky wood boards with metal T-brackets that actually feel substantial - way sturdier than those flimsy IKEA ones I used to have. My old cheapo stands warped after half a year, but these hold up like a champ - I've got like 15 heavy textbooks stacked on them right now.
Love the little details too: rounded edges so you won't scrape your hands, and rubber grip strips on the bottom. They look legit fancy in my living room as bookshelves and even class up my kitchen herb garden. My friend thought they were some high-end designer furniture! Honestly, the craftsmanship at this price puts my old $60 wooden shelves to shame. Already told my DIY group chat about these - trust me, you can't go wrong!
