The material is the perfect thickness and seems to be of excellent quality, with a slight stretchiness to it. They are slightly softer than most denim pants I have worn. I am finding that they are great for both business casual settings with a button-up shirt and more informal "dress down" type situations with a t-shirt and sneakers. This is probably my favorite pair of jeans that I have gotten in at least a few years, and I would highly recommend overall.
