When I came across this book it reminded me of Louise Hayes “You Can Heal Your Life”. Some ailments or issues listed I was surprised to see as one would think you can’t do anything about it, but you can - and the author makes clear from the beginning this book is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment but rather to complement it and to provide alternative options for those who want to take a holistic approach.
