Yoga is a practice that emphasises physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The clothes that one wears during a yoga practice can play an important role in enhancing the experience. While some people might be inclined to wear tight synthetic garments, such as those commonly worn by athletes, it is generally recommended that yoga practitioners opt for loose-fitting clothing made from natural fabrics.
This yoga sets are made from unbleached 100% cotton - our yoga top is designed to allow your body to flow and move with ease, while ensuring comfort and elegance throughout.
There are no metal zippers or clasps. Even a small metal object will disturb the free movement of energy during your yoga/meditation practice.
The top is tied from back to ensure it does not ride up as you move through various asanas and inversions.
It seamlessly transitions from your yoga mat to relaxed loungewear as you get on with your day in comfort and style!
Garment Features
- A relaxed comfort fit top designed for ease of movement
- Comfortable short sleeves for fluid movement as you move in and out of asanas
- No metal clasps or zippers to obstruct energy flow
- Elegant back tie-up to secure at the waist, so the garment will not ride up or down
- French seams for durablility and comfort
Size Guide
While you practice yoga the garment will need to move with you. When in doubt we encourage you to buy a size bigger for ease of movement as you do different asanas.
The Model is 5 Feet 6 Inches and is wearing Size Extra Small
