Maybe the arch & heel part could stretch to accommodate his feet (but it would be stretched quite thin) but the toe part is already very snug on my short little toes, there's absolutely no way they'd fit his gangly toes. So I looked at the package to make sure we hadn't been sent the wrong size, only to see "size 8 - 15" on the barcode. So it turns out it doesn't matter what size you pick, this is a one size fits all situation, and that size does not fit the long toes of a tall man's size 11 feet
