For Clients Using Our Marketing Services

These terms govern your use of services provided by InfoCentre.

🔹 Scope of Services:

We provide digital marketing services such as social media management, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and consulting.

🔹 Payments:

• Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before service begins
• Invoices are due within 7–15 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in service delays

🔹 Cancellations & Refunds:

Projects can be canceled by either party with written notice. Refunds are subject to the stage of the work completed.

🔹 Intellectual Property:

You retain ownership of your brand content. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

🔹 Confidentiality:

We treat your business data and strategy with full confidentiality and never share client information without consent.
